We want you to love your hightops! However, due to the custom nature of our products, returns are limited and must meet the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
- Shoes must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- We only accept returns for sizing issues or rare manufacturer defects.
- Signs of wear (creases, dirt, scuffs, etc.) will void return eligibility.
- Approved replacements may also take up to 3 weeks for delivery.
